Hydrangea
First print in a series inspired by native southern flora. The hydrangea holds a lot of significance for Nicole and I. When we were looking at our potential house we would soon own we admired the hydrangeas on the property, wishing that some day we’d have some of our own. And now we do. This flower also represents spring/summer time which means good times. And lastly it’s just a beautiful flower. So intricate and the variety of colors (my favorite is blue) can be so vibrant and mesmerizing. That’s my take on the hydrangea, above is my homage.
Up next in this series: Magnolia
I will be posting more process pictures as this series progresses.
